The following policies are to ensure that you and your fellow campers have an enjoyable stay. It is your obligation to read and abide by these policies. If at any time you have any problems or questions, please do not hesitate to contact the office. We want to help make your stay with us safe and relaxing.
Reservations and Cancellations
All Reservations require a nonrefundable processing fee of $5.00 per site. A deposit equal to the amount of the minimum stay is required at the time reservation is made. HOLIDAY weekends require a two night minimum stay. All rental units require a two night minimum stay. The balance is due upon arrival.
All Cancellations will be charged a cancellation fee of $5.00 per site in addition to the $5.00 non-refundable reservation fee. For cancellations received less than 14 days before scheduled arrival, there is a fee equal to the amount of the entire deposit. For HOLIDAY weekend cancellations received less than 14 days before scheduled arrival, there is a fee equal to two nights plus the fee of $5.00 per site in addition to the $5.00 non-refundable reservation fee.
NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES OR WEATHER CONDITIONS. All emergency cancellations or early departures may be given a credit at the park's discretion.
VISITORS: Visitors are allowed in the park between 10:00 am and 10:00 pm and must register at the office immediately upon arrival. Visitor Fees are $5.00 per person or $10.00 per family, per day. Visitor Overnight Fee is $10.00 per night per person.
PETS: Pets must be on a 6 foot or less leash and Must Not be Left Unattended at any time. No exotic pets allowed. For further information please see our Policies Page.
We reserve the right to limit the number of people, pets, visitors, and/or vehicles on each site.
YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE to rent a campsite and must occupy the site. Age verification may be required.
Check in is 2:00-10:00 PM for sites and 4:00-8:00 PM for cabins and trailers. All check outs are at 12:00 PM (noon).
SITE OCCUPANCY is a maximum of 4 Adults only OR 2 Adults and 4 Children (under age 16). You are allowed a maximum of two tents per site. Sites designated for or occupied by an RV, van, or other type of motorhome are not allowed the use of additional tents. The use of a single screened in dining tent or portable awning is allowed.
Camping is permitted on DESIGNATED SITES ONLY. All campers are to keep their site clean of bottles, cans, garbage, etc. Please use the trash dumpster located next to the park entrance.
Please display your car pass while staying in the park. Only 2 vehicles will be allowed to an individual site (this includes trailers) and must fit within the confines of your site. Additional vehicles will be charged $5.00 per vehicle and need to park in designated visitor parking areas only. Please do not park on empty campsites, driveways, or open areas.
All visitors must check in at the office for a pass. A visitor’s fee may apply.
Campfires are allowed in fire rings only. Please do not leave campfires unattended. You are welcome to collect fallen branches and other dead wood, but please DO NOT CUT, REMOVE, OR DEFACE ANY TREES OR BRANCHES in park or surrounding private property. Please DO NOT BURN BUILDING MATERIALS OR TRASH.
Please, DO NOT BRING FIREWOOD into the park. Due to the threat of invasive species that threaten all of our areas, we ask you to leave your wood at home. We love our forest and would like to keep it healthy and alive for all to enjoy.
QUIET HOURS ARE 11 PM UNTIL 7 AM. Please keep voices, TV, and radio volumes turned down to respect all campers.
Alcohol is allowed in your site if consumed in moderation and all parties are of legal age. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for its consumption and use by all members of your party. Please consume responsibly for drunkenness or underage drinking will not be tolerated. If your party becomes abusive or disruptive, your entire party may be asked to leave without refund.
Please DO NOT BRING firearms, slingshots, generators, subwoofers, drones, and or fireworks (including sparklers). Mini bikes, dirt bikes and other motorized off-road vehicles may not be operated within the park. Golf carts may be allowed with prior permission but must be driven by licensed drivers only. Bicycles are encouraged and may be ridden on campground roads only.
For health reasons, NO gray/black water allowed to be discharged on the ground at any time. Waste water containers can be emptied at the dump station. Please use laundry facility to wash clothing and dishwashing station for all dishes.
NO SMOKING IN ANY BUILDING OR RENTAL UNIT. No Cooking inside Cabins. No coolers inside any Rental Unit.
CHILDREN 6 AND UNDER MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT. Please do not allow them to play in or around the bathrooms, campground store, or at potable water locations. All children (16 and under) must be in your campsite by 10 pm.
We remain pet friendly but ask that all pets are leashed and supervised by a responsible adult. Please clean up after your pets, monitor their barking, and do not tie them to park structures. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE ANY CAMPGROUND BUILDINGS OR STRUCTURE. If you plan on spend the day outside of the park, please leave them at home or make arrangements for their safety and care. If they are left alone in your camper and are disturbing your neighbors, you and your pet may be asked to leave without refund. While we allow pets on all campsites, they are prohibited in our cabins and rental trailers.
ATTENTION: This form must be signed at time of arrival. Your signature is required. By signing this agreement you and all persons in your party/group agree to, have read, and fully understand that failure to abide by these rules by yourself or any member of your party/group can result in evicion, without refund. You accept full responsibility for payment of all damages, materials, trash removal, and labor costs after your departure, if necessary. Oak Knoll Family Campground is hereby authorized to charge all fees incurred to the credit card on file.
